Nota biográfica-profesional
MANU RODRÍGUEZ nació en Sevilla en 1967.
Es licenciado en Ciencias de la Comunicación por la Universidad de Sevilla, realizó cursos de doctorado en Arhus (Dinamarca), Estudios Literarios en la Universidad de Edimburgo y MSc Escritura Terapéutica (Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes - Middlesex University/Metanoia Institute) en Londres.
Escritor y articulista, tanto en español como en inglés, entre sus obras están Leyendas adolescentes (primeros cuentos de finales de siglo) , Llorando palabras (Celya, 2005), Manual de Escritura Curativa (Almuzara, 2011), La tía que quiero pasa de mí... y tú riéndote (Dauro, 2012) y Doce historias y un secreto (Éride, 2015). En idioma inglés ha publicado 'Crying Words (Authorhouse, 2014) y 'Songs (still!) Waiting for a Rock Band' (Authorhouse, 2016).
Desde 1987 ha trabajado en diversas ciudades españolas, colaborando para diferentes emisoras de radio, como la que fue Radio Cadena Española (en Tenerife) y Onda Cero (Sevilla), entre otras. En junio de 2008 creó la emisora musical Spanish Rock Shot...
Actualmente reside entre Edimburgo y Sevilla, combinando su quehacer literario con la enseñanza de la Escritura Terapéutica y la dirección de Spanish Rock Shot Radio.
